When will I receive my Detectival tickets?

Your e-ticket will be sent to you shortly after purchase to the email address used at checkout. If purchasing for another person, please forward the email to them seperately.

Can I change my tickets?

If you need to make a change, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
We will accommodate your request subject to availability.

Can I get a refund?

We can offer a refund subject to the following cancellation fees: 

70 days or more before the event: Full Refund provided 
69 – 63 days before the event: 30% cancellation fee. 
62 – 49 days before the event: 50% cancellation fee.
48 - 29 days before the event: 70% cancellation fee.
28 - 15 days before the event: 90% cancellation fee. 
14 – 0 days before the event: No refunds.

Can I gift my ticket to someone else?

Yes you can. You can change the name and contact details of the ticket in your e-ticket link emailed to you after purchase.

How many tickets can I buy?

You can buy a maximum of 9 tickets in one order.

Will tickets be available at the gate?

All tickets are to be purchased in advance.
No tickets will be sold at the event.
